Rebecca Burchill, CLU®, ChFC®, is the Managing Director of Insurance & Annuities at Lebel & Harriman. The Maine Estate Planning Council (MEPC) is an interdisciplinary group of nearly 200 estate planning professionals focused on professional development and peer interaction.
