L&H is Recognized as a 2023 Best Place to Work in Maine

August 2023 – This is the fifth year L&H has applied and been named to the list, after being recognized in 2015, 2017, 2021 and 2022.

Lebel & Harriman Retirement Advisors is proud to be recognized as a 2023 Best Place to Work in Maine, ranking in the top 10 within the Small Employers category. The list is compiled each year by the Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, with the goal of encouraging excellence in employers and recognizing those that have established and consistently fostered outstanding workplace environments.

The organization that manages the ranking program, Best Companies Group, selects the recipients based on information gathered from applicants, including employee benefits, workplace policies and employee responses to a comprehensive satisfaction survey. Participating companies receive an employee feedback report in an effort to help improve their scores and make improvements in their workplace cultures.
