This national recognition is especially meaningful to us as a majority women-owned and women-led firm dedicated to creating a workplace where women not only have a voice, but where their leadership, talents, and contributions are celebrated every day.
The Best Places to Work for Women program is a first-of-its-kind initiative that recognizes organizations across the United States that excel in equity, opportunity, and retention for women. Winners were chosen through a comprehensive survey process that examined employee experiences and engagement, with a particular focus on women’s perspectives in the workplace. We feel being selected is a powerful reflection of the culture we strive to build at Lebel & Harriman: one rooted in respect, collaboration, and compassion.
