Lebel & Harriman is Recognized as one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Maine

August 2021 – the list is compiled each year by the Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Lebel & Harriman is proud to be one of the top 100 best places to work in Maine, within the Small Employers category.
Now in its 16th year, the list is compiled with the goal of encouraging excellence in employers and recognizing those that have established and consistently fostered outstanding workplace environments.
The organization that manages the ranking program, Best Companies Group, selects the recipients based on information gathered from applicants, including employee benefits, workplace policies and employee responses to a comprehensive satisfaction survey.
Participating companies receive an employee feedback report in an effort to help improve their scores and make improvements in their workplace cultures.
