L&H is Recognized as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Maine

August 2022 – This is the fourth year L&H has applied and been named to the list, after being recognized in 2015, 2017, and 2021.

Lebel & Harriman Retirement Advisors is proud to be named again as one of the top 100 best places to work in Maine, ranking in fifth place within the Small Employers category. The list is compiled each year by the Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Now in its 17th year, the list is compiled with the goal of encouraging excellence in employers and recognizing those that have established and consistently fostered outstanding workplace environments.
The organization that manages the ranking program, Best Companies Group, selects the recipients based on information gathered from applicants, including employee benefits, workplace policies and employee responses to a comprehensive satisfaction survey.
Participating companies receive an employee feedback report in an effort to help improve their scores and make improvements in their workplace cultures.
