Jennifer Breton Becomes the CEO and Majority Shareholder of Lebel & Harriman

Jennifer joined L&H in 2007, bringing over a decade of ERISA advisory expertise.  Her passion for clients and the industry, along with a strong desire to carry on the legacy Founders Phil and Mike built (with the help of Laurie, Rebecca and Michelle) was a natural foundation for conversations about their succession plans.  In 2019, they proudly executed an internal transition, with Jennifer becoming a majority shareholder.  She continues to serve as Retirement Advisor to key clients while leading the firm’s strategic growth in her role as CEO.
