Retirement Advisor

Matt primarily helps businesses navigate the complexities of sponsoring qualified retirement plans, advising specifically on plan design, investment due diligence, and compliance.  Matt helps clients mitigate their corporate liability, inform committees of the tax benefits to retirement plans, recommend plan design provisions, educate employees on their employee benefits, and provide overall financial perspective.

Matt started his career in banking, providing financial products to both consumers and businesses. Understanding underwriting and credit analysis has been integral to Matt’s understanding of investments for his clients.

Matt holds FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licences. He also hold Life & Health Insurance licensure.

Matt attended Suffolk University Law School, graduating with his Juris Doctor, cum laude in 2021. Although he doesn’t practice law, he is a member of the Maine State Bar.* He received his undergraduate degree from Stonehill College, graduating in 2011 with a B.S.B.A. in Finance.

Matt enjoys volunteering for the CA$H Coalition in Portland. In his free time, he likes to fly fish, hike, swim and play volleyball.
