Operations Specialist, Personal Financial Services

As an Operations Specialist, Linda enjoys partnering with the Retirement Advisors on our Wealth Management team to build deep, trusted client relationships enabling them to concentrate on providing tailored, solutions-based advice. Linda takes client calls, manages service requests, prepares and processes new account applications and assists Retirement Advisors with meeting preparation. She also enjoys working with all our Retirement Advisors preparing and processing Financial Planning/Consulting agreements and invoices for prospective and current clients.

Prior to joining Lebel & Harriman, Linda has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years. Her experience includes trust services, with 20 years in employee benefit trust administration which consisted of 401(k), Profit Sharing and Money Purchase Pension Plans. She managed a small call center and was also the central point of contact for an assigned book of business.

When not serving clients, she enjoys walking, biking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
